Delete your MorfoFit account
You can initiate permanent deletion inside MorfoFit under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You may also use the verified web request below if you cannot access the application.
This action is permanent. It removes the MorfoFit account and associated profile, preferences, favourites, schedules, progress, viewing history, authentication records and user-uploaded profile media.
What happens after confirmation
- Access to the account ends immediately.
- Identifiable data is removed from active systems without undue delay and no later than 30 days. The current implementation normally completes active-system deletion immediately.
- Residual encrypted backup copies expire through the normal backup-overwrite cycle, normally within 30 additional days.
- Minimal detached store transaction identifiers and dates may be retained for up to 5 years where required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal compliance or legal claims.
- Published editorial content created by an authorised editor may remain without the deleted author identifier.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting MorfoFit does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in your Apple or Google account before deleting the MorfoFit account.
Request deletion by email verification
Enter the email address used for MorfoFit. If an active account exists, we will send a short-lived confirmation link. For privacy and security, this page always shows the same response whether or not an account exists.
